It's true, Telegram isn't a well-known messaging app, but neither WhatsApp nor Telegram has a widget for sending messages, and WhatsApp isn't avaible, so here is this applet. Few problems: this applet can just send message to groups and channels; you will need one applet for each group/channel; and, please, specify in the note who is sending the messages. Sorry, but I am not able to change that.
