This Recipe adds a to-do to a note when you create an iOS reminder. The Note which the to-do item is saved to will be the same name as the List of the original reminder.

Append a to-do to note
This Action will append a to-do checkbox to a note as determined by its title and notebook. Once a note’s size reaches 2MB a new note will be created.
